Gerard Dover

(BSc Banking & Finance, FCA, FCT, FAICD)
Founder and Director

Gerard is a highly accomplished executive with a track record in IPOs, trade sales, equity and debt capital raisings and M&A. His areas of expertise include funding the growth of power infrastructure and renewable energy projects and businesses. He has raised over $25 billion of capital through a variety of debt and equity sources. Gerard has held executive roles as CEO and CFO including at Spark Infrastructure, CleanCo Queensland, Energy Developments and Infigen, and has held Directorships with Victoria Power Networks, SA Power Networks, Transgrid and Spark Renewables. He is a Co-Founder of Climate Challenge Events.

Hamish Wall

(MA Innovation and Entrepreneurship, MAICD)
Founder and Director

Hamish is an experienced leader in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. His areas of expertise include large capital project development and delivery, business development, strategy and M&A. Hamish has held senior roles with , Nokia, Lucent Technologies (Bell Labs) and more recently with Lendlease as General Manager of the Energy & Technology division. Hamish was directly involved in the origination and development of the first large scale solar farm in Queensland, and delivery of the first grid scale BESS in Kalbarri, Western Australia, along with energy security projects (solar & BESS) for Defence. Prior to Stor-Energy Hamish was Head of Operations at Providence Climate Capital. Hamish is a Co-Founder of Climate Challenge Events, which includes the annual Renewable Energy Cup Yacht Race on Sydney Harbour, supporting environmental charities. Hamish also owns Mayvale SheepMaster Stud on the Southern Tablelands of NSW.

Krishna Pillai

Chief Financial Officer

Krishna has more than 17 years’ experience in senior finance roles across infrastructure and renewable energy industries. Krishna’s experience encompasses investment analysis, project & corporate financing, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting and corporate tax matters. Formerly Krishna was the Head of Finance at Amp Energy. Krishna has also held senior finance roles at Tilt Renewables and Pacific Blue. Krishna holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University and Master of Commerce from Deakin University.

Jeremy Every

(PhD, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, BSc Mathematics & Statistics, EA, IEAA, IET)
Head of Engineering

Jeremy is a highly qualified and accomplished engineer with over 13 years experience in project development and technical engineering, specialising in clean energy. He has extensive project management experience across all aspects of development including leasing, planning approvals, environmental and cultural assessments, technical due diligence and grid connection studies and approvals. Jeremy has held a number of senior roles including Director of Operations and Solar Program Director with Providence Climate Capital, Senior Consulting Engineer with Advisian, and Electrical Engineer with WorleyParsons and Snowy Hydro.

Oliver Coleman

(BE Env, MSc Renewable Energy Systems)
Head of Development

Oliver has more 15 years’ experience in the construction and electricity sectors with over a decade spent in renewable energy across project development, technical management, and asset management roles. With a broad technical expertise, Oliver has  advised on the financing, acquisition, and construction of over 3GW of wind and solar projects in the NEM and across the APAC region. He has also led the development and technical management of 2 x 2 GW offshore wind projects in Australia. Oliver has a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the University of Newcastle in Australia and an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Systems Technology from Loughborough University in the U.K.

Nathan Conder

(EA CPEng)
Senior BESS Engineer

Nathan has over 19 years’ experience as an electrical engineer and has been a chartered professional engineer (EA CPEng) for four years.  Nathan has a background in manufacturing, serving over 10 years combined with local manufacturers Ampcontrol and Nepean Power.  With additional senior technical roles across consulting and balance of plant construction, Nathan has detailed, hands on experience across all phases of project delivery.

Pat Savage

(BSc Engineering, MSc Renewable Energy)
Senior Project Engineer

Pat has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector.  Pat had broad international experience across engineering, project management, and technical advisory roles including for solar farm developments in NSW and QLD ranging from 5MW through to 200MW. Pat’s experience includes contract management, engineering support, managing procurement and negotiation processes, managing NSP/DSP’s and grid connection processes, supporting financial close processes, and supporting the site construction team. Pat holds a BSc. in Engineering from the University of Alberta (Canada), and an MSc. in Renewable Energy from Murdoch University in Perth, WA.
