Gerard is a highly accomplished executive with a track record in IPOs, trade sales, equity and debt capital raisings and M&A. His areas of expertise include funding the growth of power infrastructure and renewable energy projects and businesses. He has raised over $25 billion of capital through a variety of debt and equity sources. Gerard has held executive roles as CEO and CFO including at Spark Infrastructure, CleanCo Queensland, Energy Developments and Infigen, and has held Directorships with Victoria Power Networks, SA Power Networks, Transgrid and Spark Renewables. He is a Co-Founder of Climate Challenge Events.

Krishna has more than 17 years’ experience in senior finance roles across infrastructure and renewable energy industries. Krishna’s experience encompasses investment analysis, project & corporate financing, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting and corporate tax matters. Formerly Krishna was the Head of Finance at Amp Energy. Krishna has also held senior finance roles at Tilt Renewables and Pacific Blue. Krishna holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University and Master of Commerce from Deakin University.

Zoe has over 20 years experience in infrastructure and energy, spanning commercial and legal executive roles. She was most recently the Acting head of the US for Akaysha, a globally leading BESS developer.

Hamish is an experienced leader in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. His areas of expertise include large capital project development and delivery, business development, strategy and M&A. Hamish has held senior roles with , Nokia, Lucent Technologies (Bell Labs) and more recently with Lendlease as General Manager of the Energy & Technology division. Hamish was directly involved in the origination and development of the first large scale solar farm in Queensland, and delivery of the first grid scale BESS in Kalbarri, Western Australia, along with energy security projects (solar & BESS) for Defence. Prior to Stor-Energy Hamish was Head of Operations at Providence Climate Capital. Hamish is a Co-Founder of Climate Challenge Events, which includes the annual Renewable Energy Cup Yacht Race on Sydney Harbour, supporting environmental charities. Hamish also owns Mayvale SheepMaster Stud on the Southern Tablelands of NSW.

Jeremy is a highly qualified and accomplished engineer with over 13 years experience in project development and technical engineering, specialising in clean energy. He has extensive project management experience across all aspects of development including leasing, planning approvals, environmental and cultural assessments, technical due diligence and grid connection studies and approvals. Jeremy has held a number of senior roles including Director of Operations and Solar Program Director with Providence Climate Capital, Senior Consulting Engineer with Advisian, and Electrical Engineer with WorleyParsons and Snowy Hydro.

Oliver has more 15 years’ experience in the construction and electricity sectors with over a decade spent in renewable energy across project development, technical management, and asset management roles. With a broad technical expertise, Oliver has advised on the financing, acquisition, and construction of over 3GW of wind and solar projects in the NEM and across the APAC region. He has also led the development and technical management of 2 x 2 GW offshore wind projects in Australia. Oliver has a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the University of Newcastle in Australia and an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Systems Technology from Loughborough University in the U.K.

Michael leads asset management including end-to-end oversight over the operational portfolio. Michael has over 12 years’ experience across a unique mix of technical, professional and research scientist roles in the renewable energy field. Michael provides end-to-end oversight over the operational portfolio including performance monitoring and optimisation, regulatory compliance, risk management, contractor and stakeholder management. Michael has had success leading multi-disciplinary global teams, across research, technical due diligence (pre-construction and operational), asset management and product/software development.

Lawrence has over 15 years of experience in the Australian energy industry across gas and electricity markets, renewable development and carbon management. Lawrence leads energy strategy, trading, and management services for both the operating and development portfolio. He spent over a decade at Origin Energy, where he held multiple leadership roles spanning energy trading, carbon, renewable product development, and wholesale strategy. His work has shaped market-facing capabilities, supported renewable development, and delivered significant commercial outcomes across Origin’s portfolio.

Nathan has over 19 years’ experience as an electrical engineer and has been a chartered professional engineer (EA CPEng) for four years. Nathan has a background in manufacturing, serving over 10 years combined with local manufacturers Ampcontrol and Nepean Power. With additional senior technical roles across consulting and balance of plant construction, Nathan has detailed, hands on experience across all phases of project delivery.

Pat has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector. Pat had broad international experience across engineering, project management, and technical advisory roles including for solar farm developments in NSW and QLD ranging from 5MW through to 200MW. Pat’s experience includes contract management, engineering support, managing procurement and negotiation processes, managing NSP/DSP’s and grid connection processes, supporting financial close processes, and supporting the site construction team. Pat holds a BSc. in Engineering from the University of Alberta (Canada), and an MSc. in Renewable Energy from Murdoch University in Perth, WA.

Alicia has 20 years of experience in Australia’s energy industry with a focus on renewable energy. She currently leads development activities in Victoria, managing large-scale wind and battery storage projects to progress government approvals. Previously, she held senior roles in stakeholder engagement at AEMO, energy markets strategy for the Victorian Government, and renewable energy industry advocacy.

Nathan has over 8 years of experience in renewable energy development with expertise in wind, solar and battery projects. He currently leads the development of large-scale renewable energy projects, managing planning approvals, stakeholder engagement and government negotiations. Previously, Nathan delivered early-stage development across wind, solar and hybrid projects at RES Australia and Epuron, building a strong track record in portfolio origination and land acquisition.

Development Manager: Riikka has 10+ years of experience with renewable energy, environmental planning and project management in both public and private sectors and in academia. Riikka has previously worked in the offshore and onshore wind sectors in Europe and in Australia, and has taken projects from early permitting and scoping through to environmental studies and permitting, due diligence processes and construction to operation phase. Her PhD is in reverse auctions for renewable energy, and their social licence implications.

Phil is a seasoned asset management expert with +20 years of experience across different types of energy, water and waste-water infrastructure. Most lately he has held Senior Asset Manger positions with Windlab and RES in managing operating wind assets in Victoria. His experience covers managing O&M contractors, market operations and compliance, developing and improving WHS practices, landowner and community engagement as well as leading several 24/7 operational asset management and maintenance teams.

Shlok brings over 12 years of experience in finance across the infrastructure, property, and renewable energy sectors. His expertise spans audit, fund analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and tax compliance. Previously, Shlok served as Senior Fund Analyst at ESR, where he also held a role as Finance Manager. Earlier in his career, Shlok worked with KPMG for 8 years, gaining deep exposure to financial assurance as an Audit Manager.

Alistair has over 7 years’ experience in the energy industry in roles that cover portfolio management, commercial, risk and quantitative analytics. He currently assists with the daily operations, performance, and compliance of Stor-Energy’s operational assets. Previously, Alistair worked at an Australian energy storage developer where he developed financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential projects. Additionally, he led the analytics and finance capability and helped the business understand the various BESS offtake market and its impact to project and equity returns.
